Pottsboro Suffocates Chaparrals, Win 45-0

Pottsboro has big plans in 2015, on Friday night in Aubrey they showed they are serious about reaching those lofty heights.  The Cardinals scored early and the defense had no trouble with the Chaparrals winning by the final of 45-0.

Zane Pritchett rushed for 3 td’s and threw 3 td passes, it was pretty much over by halftime with Pottsboro up 35-0.  The last time Pottsboro pitched a shutout on opening night was 2012, when they beat the same Aubrey team 27-0.

Zane Pritchett was the show he rushed 13 times for 159 yards and completed 7-11 passes for 96 yards.  The Chaparrals didn’t help themselves as they committed 5 turnovers to none for the
